Please complete this application, and email it to mentoring@wictrm.org. Applications must be received by Sep 7 2007. Participation and mentoring team assignments will be communicated by Oct 4th, 2007. Initial training and the program kickoff is scheduled for Oct 12, 8am – 5pm (location Level3 Communications in Broomfield). Attendance is mandatory.
It is recommended that you obtain your employer’s/manager’s support for your participation in this program and that you fully understand any limitations your manager may have on your participation.
Program Cost
The cost of this program is will cost $375.00 – member; $450 – non-member (payable to WICT upon mentor assignment).
