We are pleased to introduce the Peer Mentoring Circle Program designed specifically for alumnae of the Executive Development and RMLI programs.  Mentoring Circles offer a unique opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and challenges, seek advice and learn best practices.

The WICT RM Mentoring Circle sessions will be self-facilitated by WICT and be two hours in length.  There is no cost for the program and each meeting will include a brief overview of goals/objectives and expectations of participants along with a review of topics to be covered.   We will then transition to a round table format with general guidelines to ensure that effective group mentoring occurs.  We will work as a group to evaluate the program and adjust our approach to foster a successful opportunity for everyone.
