Rocky Mountain WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter is Committed to Advancing Women s Careers and Enriching their Lives at all Levels through Personal and Professional Development and Leadership Opportunities.

The WICT Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute focuses on “Taking Leadership to a New Level: Women as Multidimensional Leaders.”

Formerly known as the Executive Leadership Program, The Rocky Mountain Leadership
Institute is designed to provide an executive development opportunity for Rocky Mountain-
based, highly effective female directors and above in the cable and telecommunications
industry. Introduced in 2006, the first two pilot sessions included more than 30 senior level women executives. The 2008 Class (Class #3) will include 24 participants.

Program Design

WICT Rocky Mountain and the AthenA Group collaborated to create an interactive learning
program featuring relevant, on-the-job topics to support professional development. Direct instruction, individual assignments, coaching and group discussions make the
Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute a comprehensive development experience.

The program consists of five full-day sessions spanning five months. We're pleased to announce this year's curriculum:

May 30 - Leadership and the Case for Change
June 27 - Beyond Gender: Leveraging Gender Differences for Workplace Results
Aug 01 - EQ: A Different Way of Being Smart
Sep 05 - Generations and Other “ISMS”
Oct 03 - Power, Politics and Risk; Putting It All Together

In addition, the program includes:
• Three small group coaching sessions
• The Emotional Intelligence Assessment (Bar-On-EQI)
• Individual debrief of the EQI assessment

Financials

The cost per participant is $1,800 plus incidental travel costs to one overnight session.
