Missy Wood is an Operations Manager of telephony operations for Comcast Cable Corporation's National Communications & Engineering Organization. In this position, Wood is responsible for centralized end-to-end provisioning of telephone service, and supporting field installers on the day of install to achieve dial tone.

Wood has 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to accepting her current position at Comcast in June 2004, she joined AT&T Broadband in December of 2000 as Project Coordinator of the Telephony Business Requirements team. Wood shortly moved to the role of Project Manager after being with AT&T Broadband for six months focusing on the implementation of Third Party Service provider allowing tighter controls and centralization for vendor related telephony.

Before joining AT&T Broadband, Wood worked for US West, where she was Strategic Sourcing Manager in Procurement responsible for all of the tools a telephony installer would use.

Wood graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business administration.

Wood lives in Parker with her husband and two little girls 3.5 and 1.5 years old. The family's favorite past time is spent in the mountains with two ski's supporting them down the slopes through the white, fluffy snow.
